    El Maguey was my go-to spot when I stayed in Gladstone Missouri. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. I love the different sizes of frozen margarita drinks. Every time I order a margarita, I leave feeling very good.

    Love this place! Great food, service, and Margaritas!! Diverse crowd - couples and families of all ages. Not too noisy. Just a fun, busy restaurant.

    We were seated quickly and attended to well. My kids good was brought out fast and before our food (I'm okay with that because it kept my kids calm). Our food also came out quickly just minutes after my girls' good. Taste was okay, nothing special,and portion was hefty. I feel that the menu needs to be more specific. My dish did not say with a cheese sauce so I was a bit surprised when it was delivered. ( I didn't send back though, taste was okay.) Just make sure to ask exactly what comes on it when ordering if you have dietary restrictions.

    Came in with a large group of baseball players and family. Service was slow but to be expected with the size of our group. Food was excellent and very reasonable prices.

    So, we just moved here and we're extremely sad to leave our favorite Mexican restaurant. However, we tried El Maguey last week and we are OBSESSED. The margaritas are great but the burritos are amazing! I had the one that is stuffed with steak, bacon, and shrimp and it is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying El Maguey if you are looking for some great Mexican food!
